It is clear we need to change the way we go to war, and eliminate our current strategy were everyone attacks their opposite. Rocket has suggested that on Day 1 we all review targets and stake our claim on the one each of us is the most confident that we could take 3 stars from in order to win every war we engage in.
Here are the major topics we also need to discuss:
1. The order of who attacks who and when...it may be better to have our lower ranked players attack first with high level hero support from higher ranked players.
2. We need to determine default allied troop support for the communications center in these two situations: A. For War base defense B. For general PVP attack
3. We need to discuss and train our team on how to build better bases for war defense. Too many of our bases are being 3 starred to easily.
4. We need to expand training on how to attack strong bases.

I don't disagree with the idea, but the problem I see with staking a claim is how do we track who has claimed what.

not a bad idea, but like tony said...how do we keep track, it also leaves the door open to loot mungers, lower end guys just wanting to loot up wanting to attack higher opponents the stronger base idea is great but depending on levels can be difficult, for example oliver (mexi) is cc10 so has more walls turrets and howitzers etc so a cc8 can't replicate his base (the soccer ball looked awesome) also attack and defence strength will always be governed by how upgraded each members bases and troops are some may have cc9 but tech fac is only level 5 for example but keep at it foxes
